Black Oaks Park is a mobile home and RV community with easy access to downtown and Interstate 70. The park is set in a shady, peaceful location with low traffic. Guests are 25 miles from Columbia, home of the University of Missouri, film festivals and many music venues. Managers are available on-site. RV sites are set on grass. Daily, weekly and monthly RV space rentals are available. Monthly rentals include all electricity. As of 2010, the rate for one night at Black Oaks was $25. Weekly rates were $110, and monthly rates were $275. Black Oaks also offers homes for sale.

Bobber Lake RV Park and Campground has 42 camping sites, both for RVs and tent campers. Big rigs are welcome and pull-through sites are available. Sites offer 50-amp electricity, water and sewer hook-ups. Restrooms, showers and a dump station are available. Bobber Lake has its own barbecue and picnic areas. A dump station is also located on-site. The park is close to Finger Lakes State Park, Stoelting Lake and the Boonville Golf and Country Club. A convenience store, laundromat and restaurant are adjacent to the campground. Pets are welcome.

A dump station is provided. The park is within 10 miles of golf, fishing, biking, backpacking and casinos. Leashed pets are welcome at no additional fee. RV Express is open year-round.
