The 9-hole pitch-and-putt course, picnic area, canoes, bikes, kayaks, horseshoe pits and volleyball courts are all free of charge for visitors. In addition, the RV lots are tree-lined for aesthetics, and the park grounds offer numerous acres of hiking and biking trails. The park is located along the St. John River and offers exceptional views.

Located directly on the St. John River, the Hartt Island RV Resort provides direct access to the water. Canoes, kayaks and tubes are available for rental, and guided evening boat tours are regularly scheduled. An on-site activity park, affectionately known among locals as "The Bucket Club," offers a snack/dairy bar, mini-golf course, driving range and playground for all to enjoy (individual pricing).
