Where in Los Angeles California can you go to be a swimmer for the Olympics and learn how swim?

Los Angeles does not host Olympic level swimming. However, the closest place in California an athlete can practice would be the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center just south of San Diego, CA. Athletes will need to be pre-approved and registered with United States Aquatics in order to use the facility.
