State other than Ohio you can carry a concealed weapon?

In the United States, in addition to Ohio, there are 42 other states that allow you to carry a concealed weapon. States without a 'shall issue' concealed carry permit law that requires permits be issued unless there is a specific reason not to do so are the only states where concealed carry is not generally allowed with a proper permit unless otherwise restricted within an individual town or city within a state:
