Walt Disney World is one of Orlando's most well-known destinations for large groups. While most of the villa properties within Walt Disney World only sleep a maximum of 12 people, nearby Kissimmee offers a wide variety of vacation accommodations. Emerald Island Resort is a popular vacation home community located four miles from Disney. A large number of villas are available for rent, including some with eight separate bedrooms. Solana Resort is a villa community located just off of Interstate 4 in Davenport, within easy driving of Orlando's most popular attractions. The vacation community includes a clubhouse and hotel amenities. Rentals also include side-by-side villas for the largest of groups. Numerous pool homes with six bedrooms are available that include additional sleeping space as well. Although there is no official agency that can be contacted for rentals, reservations are available through owners and online website listings.
