If you are planning a longer vacation and prefer to be on the Gulf of Mexico rather than on Santa Rosa Sound, the Seaspray Condominiums are a reasonable alternative. Built as a series of turquoise topped units, these condos are beachfront and offer one, two and three bedroom units, all with full kitchens, cable TV, complimentary Internet access, and from some, ocean views. The units are two story, townhouse structures. The three bedroom condos can sleep up to eight people.
Property amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and picnic area with charcoal grills, umbrella and beach chair rentals and a courtyard area with a horse shoe pitch, volleyball court, croquet lawn and a shuffleboard court.
Weekly and monthly rental rates are offered, making this one of the least expensive beachfront properties on the ocean side of the island. Military discounts are offered. Seaspray Condominiums is right next to Fort Walton Beach park on the eastern end of the community. Nearby restaurants include the Crab Trap, Fudpuckers and the Garden Café.
