Go to the Membership Rewards Specials page.
Scroll through the list of items and choose the one for which you wish to redeem points. The list of items includes travel, hotels, electronics, entertainment, dining and shopping. Shopping, travel and spotlight items are grouped. You can access them by clicking the respective link to the left of the screen.
Click on the logo or picture for your chosen exchange item.
Read the details, terms and conditions attached to the item you wish to purchase.
Create an account with the destination points program if required. This is needed for airline and guest program points transfers.
Enter the number of Membership Rewards points you wish to redeem.
Click the "Transfer" button.
Read and accept the terms and conditions.
Log in to your account.
Confirm the transfer.
