Go to the airline's website. Timetables are updated weekly and are available to travelers and those who want to track flights. They can be downloaded onto your computer and include both domestic and international flight times and locations. To find timetables, try clicking "travel information" tabs or type "timetable" into the search box of an airline's website. Information in these downloadable timetables include flight numbers, distance, frequency of the flight and duration.
Search the airport website. Go to the website of an airport where you are trying to track down a flight and search through "find flights" or "flight schedule". You can locate a specific airline's flight by noting this in your search. Results include flight and gate numbers and scheduled times; some airports state the travel time, type of aircraft and classes offered on board a particular flight.
Look through the OAG Flight Guide. Updated monthly, this book features over 500,000 international listings of commercial airline flights. Airline, airport and the type of aircraft are all listed in this book, as well as the routes taken for flights. The guide can be found at airport lounges, hotel lobbies and even at car rental locations. Those who wish to own a copy themselves can also purchase the book online through the OAG website. As of November 2010, a copy is priced at $76.99 or $769 for an annual subscription.
Search other online resources. Companies such as OneWorld and Star Alliance include selected airline schedules that can be downloaded to computers or hand-held devices. Information these two websites provide include global flight schedules, days of operation and aircraft type. Click on "downloadable timetables" to access flight information.
