The menu features a chart depicting the parts of the body each dish benefits, such as the digestive and reproductive systems. A list of drinks sold here include iced teas (green tea, gingerade), smoothies (acai, mamey, mango passion), and shakes (chocolate, vanilla, caramel, goji berry). Main dishes include a burger with a veggie nut patty, a burrito with pumpkin nut meat and Mediterranean nachos with hummus and cucumbers. The rest of the menu is made up of vegetarian pizzas, soups and salads.

In 1989, Nanci Alexander found the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida (ARFF). Later, she opened Sublime, a restaurant and bar in Fort Lauderdale serving vegetarian, cholesterol-free cuisine. All of the profits made from the restaurant go into ARFF to help fund its operations in the state. The menu features appetizers like fire-roasted artichoke, organic edamame, a bowl of the soup of the day, and crispy eggplant rollatini. There are also short lists of vegetable sushi rolls and vegetable pizzas. Entrees include the portabella stack, Tuscan quiche, vegetable platter, Sublime picata, and house-made ravioli with spinach and slow-roasted tomatoes. For dessert, try the coconut cake, key lime cheesecake, or apple crumb pie a la mode. Catering options and gift certificates are also available.

Maoz Vegetarian is an international restaurant chain focusing on quick service vegetarian food. All of their guests are able to partake in an unlimited salad bar. The menu is made up mainly of four value meals. The first includes a Maoz sandwich (falafel, eggplant and hummus), Belgian fries and a soft drink. The second is the same meal, but with a smaller sandwich called the junior maoz. The salad meal deal includes a salad box and a fresh juice. The last meal is simply an order of Belgian fries with a special sauce. All of the menu items can be ordered separately, and a side order list of items includes falafel balls, soup of the day and sweet potato fries. Avocado, babaganoush, feta cheese and hard-boiled eggs can all be added at an extra cost.
