  1. Via Matta

    • Via Matta serves authentic Italian cuisine with a modern touch. Choose between three dining areas: an elegant, banquet-style main dining room, an outdoor patio or inside the kitchen. The inside the kitchen venue offers an exclusive table separated from the cooks by glass panels, where diners may watch their food being prepared. There is also a bar area and a cafe with its own appetizer and small plate menu. The principle menu offers a wide variety of traditional Italian entrees and appetizers as well as modern dishes featuring local and exotic ingredients. The menus change with seasonal ingredients, daily seafood catches, and the creative whims of the chefs. Main dishes in May 2010 included pappardelle with braised lamb, garlic and mint as well as linguine with fresh shellfish, shrimp and pesto. There is also a fixed-price 6 course tasting menu.

    Finale

    • Finale is a restaurant and bakery that specializes in gourmet desserts. In the middle of the romantic, candle-lit dining room, pastry chefs prepare their specialties under demonstration mirrors to tantalize an audience of eager diners. While there is a small list of savory dinner entrees such as Mediterranean pizza and roasted chicken with rosemary, desserts are by far the center of attention. The selection includes gelatos, mousses, tarts and a variety of cakes and pastries. Finale's menu offers dessert and drink pairings for your convenience. Try for example the tiramisu, served with an aged tawny port, fruit, honey and nuts; or perhaps you might prefer the dark chocolate cake, served with expresso gelato and a vintage port with tannins.
