Yao Restaurant and Bar is the brain child of the parents of famed Houston Rockets professional basketball player Yao Ming. Yao's is located less than ten minutes from the downtown theater district. The restaurant's sprawling dining room is adorned with traditional Chinese decor, artwork and ornate light fixtures.
