Restaurants Near the Hobby Airport in Houston

The William P. Hobby Airport is located seven miles south of downtown Houston, Texas. Approximately 25 carriers operate out of Hobby Airport to more than 32 destinations throughout the United States.     • Located less than 10 minutes via car from the Hobby Airport, the Shan Hu Chinese Restaurant has been in continuous operation since 1982. The restaurant's intimate dining room is adorned with Chinese-style decor and light fixtures. It features several house wines and an expansive menu of domestic and imported beers. Choose from family dinner packages, which include entrees like Mongolian beef and moo shu shrimp. Each is served with orders of won ton soup, egg rolls and fried or steamed rice.

    • Las Hamacas offers authentically prepared Honduran food less than 15 minutes north of Hobby Airport. The restaurant's festively decorated dining room is adorned with colorful murals of palm trees. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily.
