Wild Ginger typifies Seattle's Pacific Rim cuisine. Located across the street from the Benaroya Hall, Wild Ginger offers a menu not quite Asian, not quite seafood, but a mix that is totally Seattle. The cuisine is listed as a mix of Chinese and Southeast Asian, but with the addition of local produce and flavors, it is that and much more.
