One of Chaco's trademarks is Monster Kong Nachos, a plate of five nacho varieties, including mesquite beef fajita, picadillo beef, shredded chicken, chicken fajita and pastor pork, according to the restaurant's menu. Although both Houston locations serve traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, the chain is best known for its pies, including a few sugar-free varieties.
