  1. Ripley's Aquarium

    • The aquarium boasts having over 10,000 exotic sea creatures. The aquarium has several exhibits and hands-on activities. As of October 2010, the aquarium hours are open all year from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Admission prices are $21.99 for adults, $10.99 for children ages six to 11 and $4.99 for children ages two through five as of October 2010. The aquarium also has a special when you visit the aquarium and two other Ripley attractions. The discounted tickets are $38.97 for adults and $25.97 for children, which are good for three attractions.

    Hollywood Wax Museum

    • The wax museum is the opportunity to have a "celebrity" included in your vacation photos. There are numerous wax figures of famous celebrities, such as Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DeCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson and Cameron Diaz, as well as several other television personalities or fictional characters The wax museum is open daily, January 1 through February 28 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m., and March 1 through December 31, the hours are 9 a.m. until midnight. Admission prices as of October 2010 are $13.99 for adults, $10.99 for children ages six to 12, $7.99 for seniors ages 55 and older, and children six and under are free. The website also offers a $3 discount for all tickets bought online.

    Cooter's Place

    • Dukes of Hazzard fans as well as those who are not huge fans of the television show and movie will have a blast at this one of a kind attraction. The Dukes of Hazzard museum has free admission and you will be able to view several pieces of memorabilia including the General Lee, Cooter's Tow Truck, Daisy's Jeep and Rosco's Police Car as well as other items used as movie props. For an additional fee, you can race the "General Lee" go carts for 40 laps on the indoor slick track or play miniature golf at the Hazzard County Club. Cooter's Place opens at 10 a.m. daily as of October 2010.
