The restaurant, located just three minutes from the White House, combines elements of a cozy French Bistro with modern American dining. The menu features everything from a raw bar to a three-pound broiled Maine lobster. For diners who prefer meat, a creative paper chart shows the diagram of a cow displaying its various cuts. You can also opt for genuine Japanese Kobe beef or the slightly less expensive American Wagyu beef cuts. An average dinner entree costs $25. The lunch menu features assorted salads and a vast selection of sandwiches and burgers. BLT steak is open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday for dinner.
