Tigerfishing is at its best from September through April, summertime in the southern hemisphere. You will need a valid passport and may require a visa. Find out if it is necessary to take precautions against malaria, and get any other necessary inoculations.
Purchase the equipment you will need that is easily transportable. A fishing rod is not easy to transport, and you may be better off hiring or buying one in Africa.
