The Blue Marlin Fish House stands where the old Blue Marline Smoke House was in 1938. The restaurant feature a kids menu, beer and wine menu and serves lunch and early dinner. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The fish house specializes in smoked fish entrees. However, the menu consists of several appetizers, salads, and other entrees including hot dogs, crab cakes, lobster burgers, shrimp baskets and fish tacos.

Tunas Raw Bar and Grille specializes in fresh giant Maine and Florida lobster dishes. The venue features a special sunset menu from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and a late night menu from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., which most restaurants don't offer. The restaurant features happy hour and live music on occasional nights. The venue is one of few restaurants that includes gluten-free items. The Fish Joynt is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. In November, the restaurant is open on Mondays too. The venue features outdoor seating and live entertainment. Guests can reserve a private room and also take advantage of takeout service. Seafood entrees include jumbo scallops, sesame tuna, tilapia, dolphin, snapper, salmon and grouper.
