The trip begins in Israel where the tour travels to Caesarea, Mt. Carmel, Megiddo, Nazareth, Tiberias, the Sea of Galilee, the Jordan River, Beit Shean, the Dead Sea, Ein Gedi, Massada and Jerusalem. The tour moves to the southern part of Israel, through Bethlehem, and drives down to the Red Sea and the Sinai Desert where the tour traces backwards the journey of the Children of Israel. After a tour of the Sinai, the tour will cross the Suez Canal then moves into Egypt for the final leg of the journey, the Pyramids and Cairo.

American Israel travel offers 15-day tours of Egypt, Petra, Jordan and Israel, which emphasizes the ancient civilizations of the region, Christian and Biblical sites, the history of the region, archeology and the present state of Israel. The tour begins in Egypt and includes such sites as the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, Solar Boat Museum, Old Cairo, the Egyptian Museum, sites of the Coptic Christians of Cairo, Cairo Bazaar, Sinai Peninsula and Mount Sinai. The tour then moves to Eilat and the Red Sea and crosses into Jordan where the it continues on to Aqaba, Petra, Amman and Mt. Nebo. When the group crosses the border back into Israel, they travel to Jericho, Tel Aviv, Caesarea, Mt. Carmel, Haifa, Megiddo and Nazareth. From Nazareth the tour travels through the Galilee and visits the Christian sites of the area, including the Sea of Galilee, Caesarea Philippi, Tiberias, Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitude, Tabaja and Beit Shean. On the way to Jerusalem tour members will see the Dead Sea, Masada, Ein Gedi and Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. The tour ends in Jerusalem and finally Bethlehem where it visits Jewish and Christian sites including the Garden of Gethsemane, Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Room of the Last Supper, King David's Tomb, the Garden Tomb, Western and Southern Walls of the Jewish Temple, and the Western Wall tunnels, Temple Mount and Bethlehem's Church of the Nativity.
