Alitalia ceased all operations on October 15, 2021. Its assets were transferred to ITA Airways (Italia Trasporto Aereo), Italy's new flag carrier.

- ITA Airways does not currently fly to Lagos. Its network focuses on Europe, North/South America, Asia, Middle East.
