Moving Between Terminals at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
Philadelphia International Airport has seven terminal buildings (A-West, A-East, B, C, D, E, F) connected airside (post-security) via a walkway system and shuttle bus.
Terminal F to Other Terminals
- Walking (Airside): Terminal F connects to Terminal E via a pedestrian bridge (5–10 min walk). From E, you can walk to D, C, B, A-East, A-West via the connector corridor (total 15–25 min to far ends).
- Shuttle Bus (Landside): If you must exit security, a shuttle loops all terminals every 10–15 min (5–10 min ride).
Key Points
- All terminals are in one contiguous complex—no inter-terminal train.
- Allow 20–30 minutes for airside connections if changing terminals.
- Check your boarding pass for departure terminal; gates can change.
- American Airlines uses A, B, C, F; other carriers use D, E.
If you’re already airside in F, walking to E/D/C/B/A is usually faster than the bus.
