Where can you change old Turkish Lira to UK Pounds?

It is no possible to exchange old Turkish Lira for UK Pounds. The old Turkish Lira (TRL) was replaced with the new Turkish Lira (TRY) in 2005, and the TRY cannot be exchanged for any other currency due to exchange controls imposed by the Turkish government.
