Can you buy Ceylon cinnamon in a grocery store?

It's possible, but not very common, to find Ceylon cinnamon in a regular grocery store. Ceylon cinnamon is the "true cinnamon" and harder to find than cassia cinnamon, which makes up the majority of the cinnamon sold in stores. Cassia cinnamon is the more strongly-flavored of the two, and may be sold as "regular cinnamon." Ceylon cinnamon is milder and more expensive, and is sometimes labeled "true cinnamon" or "Ceylon cinnamon" to distinguish it from cassia. You may have better luck finding Ceylon cinnamon in a specialty grocery store or an international market.
