Where is the Tuscan Plain on map?
The Tuscan Plain is located in central Italy, in the region of Tuscany. It is a large, flat area that borders the Ligurian Sea to the west and the Tyrrhenian Sea to the south. The plain is surrounded by mountains, including the Apennines to the north and east and the Apuan Alps to the northwest. The main cities in the Tuscan Plain are Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Livorno.
