Can you get to Norway with a passport of an alien from Latvia?

As of 2023, Latvia is a member of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). Latvian citizens hold EU passports as well as Latvian travel documents, enabling free movement among member states of the EU, EEA, and Switzerland, hence they do not need an alien passport or additional visa to visit Norway.
