How do you find a person with their passport number?

You cannot find a person using only a passport number. For privacy and security reasons, governments and passport issuing authorities never allow private individuals to freely look up information about other passport holders. To find someone, use conventional means like contact information, phonebook, social media, or an investigator/detective if warranted.
