Im from Northern Ireland Is it ok for my baby daughter to have an Irish passport if mine mother is a British passport?

It depends on when your mother was born. If she was born before 2005, she is automatically an Irish citizen and you can apply for an Irish passport for your daughter. If she was born after 2005, she is only an Irish citizen if either of her parents was an Irish citizen when she was born. The same rules apply to you. If you are an Irish citizen, you can apply for an Irish passport for your daughter. If you are not an Irish citizen, you can only apply for an Irish passport for your daughter if your mother was an Irish citizen when you were born.
