For those traveling on long trips, as of 2010, extended parking offers the best rates available of $8 per day. Located north of the long-term parking, travelers receive free shuttle bus service to Landside Terminal. For added security, all three parking areas offer 24-hour security from Allegheny County Police.
A privately owned company, Charlie Brown's Airport Parking, is an inexpensive alternative to the standard parking at Pittsburgh Airport. Drive-up rates are $6, while reserved parking saves you a dollar. 24-hour shuttle bus service is available, along with luggage assistance.
