You can search for the flight by flight number, by route or by airport. If you are interested in looking at all arrivals for a certain airport on a certain day, use the "Search by airport" setting.
If you wish to contact a British Airways representative for arrival information, you can call the main telephone number in the United States at 1-800-AIRWAYS. Or you can call your local airport and speak with a British Airways representative. When you call, be ready to provide the flight number.
If you are at an airport, and are interested in learning the arrival time of a specific flight, consult one of the display screens in most concourses for detailed and current arrival information, including information on delays. If a display screen is not available, or you have more information, contact a British Airways representative. If a BA representative is not available, any member of the OneWorld Alliance, including American Airlines, should be able to provide all necessary information.
