    Catch 35

    • Catch 35 serves fresh seafood and premium steaks at its Chicago loop location. Lobster and crab are the seafood specialties here, including South African Lobster tails served with drawn butter. Other dishes include blackened shrimp and scallops, yellow fin tuna, Atlantic salmon, ginger asparagus shrimp and Lake Superior whitefish. Filet mignon, New York strip and bone-in rib eye are premium-cut steak options. All steaks are cut from corn-fed, Midwestern beef. The Asian-inspired wok creations are also popular. Catch 35 serves lunch and dinner alongside an extensive wine list, as well as "Catch and Carry" carry-out breakfast Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Reservations are recommended.

    Morton's The Steakhouse

    • Chicago's Morton's The Steakhouse, the original Morton's, is the recipient of multiple awards, including "Best Steakhouse in Chicago" by Metromix and Citysearch's audience pick for "Best Steak." The upscale atmosphere of Morton's calls for business casual or dressy casual attire.     Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab

    • Miami's legendary Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab restaurant became so well-known for its prime steaks, jet-fresh seafood and Florida Stone Crabs that it eventually expanded elsewhere, including Chicago. Of course, stone crabs are the restaurant's biggest draw, as well as various cuts of bone-in signature steaks. Other menu selections include sauteed garlic Gulf shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, lobster tail tempura, swordfish, salmon and steak and seafood combinations. Joe's also features a long list of homemade pies as well as a carefully selected wine list. Party rooms are available for special events, and a carryout menu is offered.     Chicago Chop House

    • Located in a beautifully restored, century-old Victorian brownstone in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, the Chicago Chop House is decorated with more than 1,400 historical photos that tell the story of old Chicago when meat-packers, politicians and gangsters ruled the city. In addition to receiving various awards and recognitions for its steak, the Chicago Chop House also offers an award-winning international wine list with more than 650 selections, including more than 30 wines by the glass. In addition to USDA prime steaks such as the porterhouse and New York strip that are cut right on the premises, seafood selections include roasted salmon, swordfish steak, sauteed jumbo Gulf shrimp and broiled lobster tail. A private room is available for parties or other events, Monday through Friday. The Chop House is open for dinner only, and reservations are recommended.
