Sign up for the EZ Pass transponder at any toll booth in West Virginia. Ask for an application, fill it out and mail it in.
Call West Virginia's customer service line at 1-800-206-6222 for an EZ Pass application. Fill out the application and mail it back in.
Pick up a transponder at the Service Center. The Service Center is located at 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West Virginia. The Service Center's hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fill out the application and get the transponder the same day.
Download the EZ Pass application at the West Virginia Parkway Authority. Mail it in and receive your EZ Pass.
Travel on the West Virginia Turnpike. The EZ pass will work in all 38 tollbooths along the Turnpike.
Wait for the bill to arrive in the mail.
