Moab is located in southeastern Utah among the red rocks of the Colorado River and only a few miles from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Since Moab is a gateway to these rocks and has plenty of public land, the town draws tourists eager for hiking, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing and cross-country skiing.
