About two million Muslims from all over the world travel to Saudi Arabia each year for the Hajj, an annual pilgrimage to Mecca considered one of the five pillars of Islam.

During the Hajj, pilgrims participate in various rituals and ceremonies associated with the life of Prophet Muhammad and to demonstrate their devotion to God. These rituals include visiting the Grand Mosque in Mecca, circumambulating the Kaaba, and stoning the devil in Mina.

For many Muslims, the Hajj is a life-changing experience and is undertaken as an act of worship and spiritual purification.
