Driving with only your parking lights on is legal in Florida?

It is illegal to drive with only your parking lights on in Florida. According to Florida Statute 316.222, every vehicle operated on a roadway during the hours of darkness shall display lighted headlights and lighted tail lights. Failure to do so is a traffic violation and can result in a fine.
