What direction would you go to get from Gibraltar Jerusalem?

It is not possible to travel from Gibraltar to Jerusalem in a straight line, because Gibraltar is located on the southwestern tip of the Iberian Peninsula in Europe while Jerusalem is located in southwestern Asia. To travel from Gibraltar to Jerusalem, one would need to travel east and then southeast, crossing the Mediterranean Sea and the countries of Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Syria, and Jordan before reaching Israel.
