What are the requirements for domestic partnership in Nantucket Massachusetts?

There are no requirements for domestic partnerships in Nantucket, or any other jurisdiction in Massachusetts. Domestic partnerships were abolished by the Massachusetts legislature in 2010, and since June of that year, same-sex couples have had the right to marry and must do so in order to be legally recognized as a couple in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
