1. Notice of Termination:
- The hotel owner or manager must provide the tenant with a written notice of termination.
- The notice must specify the date and time by which the tenant must vacate the premises and the reason for the termination.

3. Service of Notice:

- If the court finds in favour of the hotel owner, the court will issue an eviction warrant. This warrant authorizes the sheriff to remove the tenant's belongings and forcibly evict the tenant from the premises.
