Odysseus' ten-year adventure was his journey back home to Ithaca after the Trojan War. This journey is recounted in Homer's epic poem, the Odyssey.

After the fall of Troy, Odysseus and his men set sail for home. However, they were blown off course by storms and encountered many obstacles along the way. These obstacles included encounters with monsters such as the Cyclops and the Sirens, as well as challenges from the gods, such as the wrath of Poseidon.

Odysseus' journey took him to many different lands, including the land of the Lotus-Eaters, the island of the Cyclops, the island of Aeolus, the land of the Laestrygonians, the island of Circe, the underworld, the island of the Sirens, the island of Calypso, and the land of the Phaeacians.
