Cheap Ferries from England to France

While the "chunnel" between England and France now allows travelers to move between the two countries by car or train, a number of operators still offer regular ferry service across the English Channel. Dover, in southern England, offers the most daily departures, but ferry services are also available from other ports, such as Newhaven. Crossing rates vary depending on the size of your vehicle and number of passengers.
