Downtown Cancun also offers rental condos available; however, getting to and from the beach from downtown involves long walks and driving. But the downtown location offers easy access to grocery stores.

Also inquire about repeat visitor discounts if you previously have stayed at the property. Use referrals, such as friends, who have stayed at the property, and ask about referral discounts.
