Things to Do in Toms River, New Jersey

Toms River, formerly Dover Township, is the county seat of Ocean County, New Jersey. Because Toms River is a rather large township, it is not difficult to find entertainment and things to do in the area. Besides the beaches of Jersey Shore (Ortley, Normandy, Monterey, Ocean, Chadwick & Silver Beach), the town offers activities for all ages.

While walking through the mall, adults can stop at one of many "Deborah Relaxation Station" areas, take a seat, relax and read magazines.
