Camp Mountain Chai is a sleep-away camp in the Angelus Oaks area of San Bernadino County in Southern California. Campers range from grades three through 11, and recent high school graduates and college students -- and especially camp alumni -- are eligible for summer positions at the camp. Campers attend camp for periods that range from one week to up to six weeks. Camp Mountain Chai provides the usual camp activities such as swimming, sailing and crafts, combined with Israeli folk dancing, Jewish meals and Hebrew lessons.
