Royal Caribbean has Bermuda cruises departing from Baltimore starting in June of each year. The offering is a five-day cruise that includes a total of four days at sea and two days in port at King's Wharf, Bermuda. The ship that leaves from Baltimore is the Enchantment of the Seas, which was built in 1997 and completely refurbished in 2005. Cabin choices include inside cabins, outside cabins as well as nearly 250 cabins with private balconies and eight suites. The kid-friendly ship offers babysitting and youth programs as well as a kid's only pool and a teen center. For adults there are casinos, dance clubs, spas and a rock climbing wall to ensure that there is always something to do. There are many factors that can impact the cost of the cruise, but the most popular of these summer departures start at about $999 per person for an inside cabin and $1700 for a cabin with a private balcony, as of 2010.
Royal Caribbean also offers Bermuda cruises with a fall departure. These cruises offer the same itinerary as the summer departures, but the cruise fare is much lower. As of 2010, rates start at just $449 for an inside cabin and $999 for a cabin with a balcony. The lower price offers a good incentive to escape the cold weather and have a chance to hit the warm, sandy Bermuda beaches.
While Royal Caribbean is the only cruise line currently offering Bermuda cruises departing from Baltimore on a regular basis, there are other options from time to time. Occassionally, another cruise line, such as Carnival, will make King's Wharf, Bahamas one of the stops on its cruise itinerary.
