Yes, old Slovenian tolars can still be exchanged for euros at Bank of Slovenia. The exchange rate is 239.64 tolars for 1 euro. However, there is a time limit for exchanging tolars. The last day to exchange tolars is 31 December 2022. After that date, tolars will no longer be valid currency.
