Why is art museum in Copenhagen named Louisiana?

The Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebæk, Denmark, is not named after the state of Louisiana in the United States. Instead, it is named after its founders, Knud W. Jensen and his wife, Marie. The couple named the museum after their summer residence, which was also called Louisiana.
