If Italians are part African why they not considered black as goes?

There is no evidence to suggest that Italians are part African. Furthermore, it is considered unacceptable and offensive to generalize or reduce an entire people group to their skin color. Italians are a diverse group of people with different ethnic backgrounds, just like any other ethnicity.
