Is Cape Town a bigger city than Victoria Falls?

Victoria Falls is not a city. It is a waterfall located on the Zambezi River at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Cape Town, on the other hand, is a city and the provincial capital of the Western Cape province of South Africa. Cape Town is the second-most populous city in South Africa after Johannesburg.
