Request special accommodations in advance. If you want a window seat, will need assistance in boarding or disembarking or have any other special requests, make them at the time of booking. Last-minute requests of this nature may not be honored.
Show up on time or lose your seat. If you are not present to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time, the airline will not allow you to fly. You will not get a refund on your ticket price. There are no exceptions to this rule, so do not be late!
