Purchase your travel tickets through your own travel agent. Aeroflot is an internationally recognized airline and an American agency should have no trouble making travel plans for you.
Travel domestically within Russia. Aeroflot's hub is in Moscow, and from there you can journey to dozens of Russian cities, from the world-famous to the obscure.
Go to an Aeroflot ticket office. In America, there is an Aeroflot ticket office in Los Angeles, Seattle, New York and Washington. Address and contact information can be found on the Aeroflot Web site. At the office, a ticketing agent will assist you in booking your flight.
Register with the Russian Embassy for a visa. Visas are required of all nationalities for entry into Russia. Russia can be a bureaucratic country, so give this process time and do not attempt to sidestep this requirement. You do not want to be held up at the airport before departure or at your destination.
Choose a destination and departure city. Aeroflot has an immense list of possible destinations. Refer to Aeroflot's Web site or an online travel agency to see flight timetables.
