Do rhinos live around the Nile river?
Yes, some species of rhinoceros live around or once lived around the Nile River. Historically, white rhinos were found in Chad and Sudan, which border the Nile River. Black rhinos were found in East Africa, including Ethiopia and Kenya, which are within the Nile River basin. However, rhinoceros populations in these regions have been severely impacted by poaching and habitat loss, and today, they are found in much smaller ranges and in fewer numbers.
